I went to fire up the 185 and it wouldn't start. Tried a little ether and fired for a second. New injector pump 2 years ago. Tried to pump up the manual primer and it was leaking real bad. Is there a seal or gasket in there or do you have to replace the whole unit. I think maybe it losing prime from this point.

There are various parts in the plunger one way valves and o rings . You can take the wire bail off the end and pull the plunger out and inspect it more than likely just need the plunger.

I keep the plunger, and check valves and orings for those primers. The plunger is pricey though. It looks like they might be discontinuing it, it's not in the price book anymore.
