Is there any value in a hx35 turbo that was replaced because itvwas loosing oil into the engine? It was removed from a tusk 10k lb. Forklift with a 6 cyl Cummins.
There are 3 ways to do job GOOD, FAST, CHEAP. YOU MAY CHOOSE 2. If its FAST & CHEAP it won't be GOOD, if it's GOOD & CHEAP it won't be FAST, and if its GOOD & FAST it won't be CHEAP!!!!

OK it just seemed too good for the scrap pile. The new one cost round $2k.

Does it have the waste gated exhaust housing? It's not worth much, but is worth something. Don't throw it in the iron pile just yet.

I'm not sure I'll have to look again. I don't know a lot about turbos, there is a place where there is three holes two outer are tapped, I assumed it was for an oil line.

They are cheap to reseal, I usually have a pump shop do it because i don't have the right tools,
