AC130 electrical snafu !

Just a heads up for anyone with one of the newer AC130 riders and I'll bet other models are the same.

If it starts with the brake in and dies letting it of it MIGHT be the seat switch.

If that is good then cut the brown wire on the connector ,odds are it'll run right.

It took me 4 friggin hours to find out there's a SWITCH inside the connector the seat switch plugs into !!!!!

Arrrrgh........

Obviously a 'safety' feature to foil the 'unplug the seat switch' crowd.

for insuranse reasons we stock and replace faulty switches they realley are pretty reliable and inexpensive

It wasn't the switch rather the connector it plugs into.
I was told I could only buy an entire wiring harness,never asked the price as I wasn't sitting down. Be interesting to know though. AC130, 23HP,46" deck.
