Looking for any info on this model. Engine, years made, capacities and so on. I don't see anything listed in Norms book or my other books and did a search online and found nothing on specs.

It part of the AC 500 series fork lifts. The 10 in 510, I believe stands for 10’ mast. The 10’, 12’, 14, or 21’ masts were also available(500s?). They were built on the D15 chassis/power train. Initial models used the AC 160cu in gas or the AC 175 cu in diesel. When the 175 diesel was phased out, the AC 2200 (433) naturally aspirated engine replaced it. They have a 4000 lbs lift capacity. Years & start serial #s for 500/510s?

I never saw a 510 Decal. There were only 500's.  Agree with 7060's post. 
We sold the forklifts in the dealership worked in in the 60's.  They had the mast sizes listed and have one and 2 stage masts which caused a lot of issues ordering parts.  500's were also offered with a BuckMaster cut off saw, a blade, split forks for brick pallets, a bucket and probably many other attachments we have forgotten.  Some had hyd assist on the shuttle and  most a treadle to help or operate the big stick. Some had clutch pedals for the trans/engine clutch some did not.  There was a lot of cross over between the I 600 industrial and the 500's early on. I think later models were more simple forklifts. The dealership always kept 2 500s and used them around the lot and shop - and sold them  at cost with hours on them - sold a bunch...

I did see the short article on the 500 in norms book. Was hoping for a little more information. I do not have norms industrial book I wish I did. The 510 on TractorHouse I called about, man said it was a diesel but started hard, blowby. It's an 8-hour drive so it will have to sell very reasonable to make it feasible for me. Thanks for the replies.

I have an I-60 rough terrain lift.  It needs a clutch and I haven't had much luck finding the right one.   Is it because a, the sellers don't have a cross reference to the correct clutch or b, is it truly different?   I believe that this model was based on the D-15. It is equipped with a 4 speed trans, manual clutch and a forward/reverse shuttle clutch.  
    It has a 8 3/4" inch disk, not 8 1/2", not 9".  It has an 8 3/4" disk with 4 small friction pads.  Where do I find the right clutch?
